๐ŸŽ“ Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent is required
๐Ÿ“ Barcelona (1โ€“2 days of remote work per week)
๐ŸŒ Lucca is going global! For this role, the required level of German is native or C2, English is C1/C2 (listening, reading and speaking). French and/or Spanish basics are a plus.

We are looking for our first Sales Development Representative to join the German team and help make Lucca an emerging player in the German market. You will be a cornerstone of this adventure!

๐‘๐ž๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ญ๐จ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐‚๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐ฒ ๐Œ๐š๐ง๐š๐ ๐ž๐ซ ๐†๐ž๐ซ๐ฆ๐š๐ง๐ฒ, you will participate in the definition and execution of the business development strategy, bring new leads with high potential and contribute to our aim of becoming a key player on the local market.

Youโ€™ll be joining our ๐†๐ž๐ซ๐ฆ๐š๐ง ๐ญ๐ž๐š๐ฆ, made up of 10 people, including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Product Marketing Management.

Your main missions will be to:

- Be the first point of contact for potential clients: whether by email, phone, LinkedIn, or any other channel you choose.
- Understand the real needs behind every lead. We donโ€™t pitch; we listen first.
- Work hand in hand with marketing to bring ideas to the table and improve our lead generation and qualification strategies.
- Schedule discovery calls and product demos for our Account Executives.
- Share insights with our product team so we stay close to what the market really needs.
- Rigorously use our CRM Salesforce and our marketing automation tool Outreach.

And don't worry, no one is born knowing all this. We'll teach you what you need to know, step by step.

Youโ€™re the right fit if you:
โ Have an initial experience in B2B sales or an SDR role, ideally in SaaS.
โ Are native-level German and comfortable working in an office speaking English / Spanish / French languages daily.
โ Enjoy outbound sales, targets and building opportunities from scratch.
โ Are looking for a clear, structured career path toward a Business Developer role.
