Product Line & Marketing Manager

Job description

Your key responsibilities and tasks:

Product & Marketing Strategy

• Contribute to defining the vision, positioning, and roadmap for the satellite connectivity product and service lines.
• Design, develop, and evolve the commercial offering (pricing, SLAs, options, commitments, business models) together with the marketing mix
• Gather market intelligence (trends, pricing, technologies, regulations) and feed this into our strategy decisions.

Pilot Program & POCs Management

• Collaborate with mobile network operators (MNOs), satellite service providers and integrators to structure pilot projects in line with their technical and operational requirements.
• Plan and coordinate the execution of pilot programs and Proofs of Concept (POC), in collaboration with the engineering teams
• Collect, analyze, and interpret POCs results to derive clear recommendations for development and engineering teams.

Development, Structuring & Operational Marketing

• Design package offers for partners and distributors based on a clear value proposition.
• Contribute to consistent communication and branding across all channels (web, trade shows, digital).
• Participate in creating marketing campaigns and materials (presentations, videos, technical brochures, product sheets) in coordination with the communication department.

B2B Partnership

• Provide partners and distributors with the marketing and sales tools needed to promote UNIVITY offering and accelerate partners’ engagement (webinars, workshops, pre-sales support).
• Represent the solution at international events and partner meetings by conducting demos and product presentations.
• Contribute to structuring and leveraging the CRM to track partners and leads.

Profile required

Skills and experience

• Master’s degree in marketing, business, or telecoms engineering.
• Experience in the product management, product marketing for BtoB or BtoBtoC offerings, as well as in operational marketing.
• Experience in technological or connected services environments (telecoms, satellites, etc) combined with a solid understanding of MNOs, OEMs, service providers and communication technologies (LEO, hybrid connectivity or NB-IoT).
• Analytical mind, customer focus and a strong taste for innovation.
• Travel up to 25% (Europe and International).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

At UNIVITY we believe that everyone on Earth should have access to internet connectivity and we are on a mission to empower telecom operators to deliver high-performance, affordable, sustainable internet from space to their clients where terrestrial networks are not available.

We successfully launched our first mission in 2025. We are now on our way for our next major milestone: an in-orbit demonstration in 2027, where two complete satellites will be deployed to further validate the system end-to-end. The following step will be to deploy our full constellation of disruptive satellites, enabling telecom operators to provide seamless connectivity worldwide.
