* What You’ll Do:
As a Sales & Operations Intern, you’ll play a key role in supporting our go-to-market team with day-to-day tasks that keep things running smoothly. The role is keeping our CRM accurate, preparing simple reports, and helping the team stay organized. It’s less about direct selling and more about ensuring the Go-To-Market can work efficiently, while giving you hands-on exposure to how sales operations and client engagement are managed in a growing Trust & Safety company.
* Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in lead generation, pipeline tracking, and CRM data hygiene (HubSpot).
- Conduct market research on our core ICP’s and competitive analysis to support outbound efforts.
- Provide general admin support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including industry insights, Event and Webinar enrollment and tracking competitor activity or partnership announcements.
Profile required
* What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English (French or German a plus).
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or SaaS is a plus, but not required.
