Job description
We are seeking a skilled BMC Helix ITSM Consultant who is proficient in both Dutch and English to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with BMC Helix ITSM, and the ability to design, develop, and maintain our IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and customize BMC Helix ITSM applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Perform regular system upgrades, patches, and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
- Document processes and provide training to end-users as needed.

Profile required
Must-have Requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Valid passport issued by a European Union member state
- Minimum of 5 years' experience with BMC Helix ITSM development.
Key Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
- Must be eligible to obtain security clearance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with SQL, Oracle, or other databases is a plus.
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework is preferred.
- Eligibility to security clearance.
