JOB SUMMARY:
To support our Company´s growth we are looking for a Solution Architect in Türkiye to join our Global Solution Architecture Team!
While the role can be based anywhere in Türkiye, Istanbul would be preferred, as many of our key prospects are currently located there and we would like someone who can visit them when needed.
You will be responsible for all technical aspects of the Sales cycle, providing essential technical and presentation expertise to help the Sales teams win business from new and existing customers. You will be working with and developing advanced Natural Language applications in a creative team.
You will be responsible for demonstrating innovative Conversational AI solutions, built on our AI platform Teneo for our customers and prospects and with significant technical interaction with clients. Professionalism, flexibility, product and domain expertise, and a brilliant ability to communicate that expertise to a wide variety of audiences need to be key attributes of yours.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work as a member of the solution architecture team to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs.
• Produce demos, proof of concepts and work on customer pilots to help demonstrate the value Teneo can add
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of our AI solutions.
• Integrate Teneo with other technologies for demo and proof of concept purposes
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Help ensure the solution architecture team is up-to-date with the latest product features, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• From time to time, provide training and support to the sales team on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Providing technical responses to RFI/RFP/tender completion and submission
• Help develop technical standards to capture quality and re-usability of our practices

Profile required
REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven experience in a similar role within the technology industry.
• Strong understanding of AI and conversational AI technologies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience, ideally in the area of Conversational AI or Natural Language Processing
• Experience in demonstrating Enterprise Platform Software to prospects ranging from technical through to business focused audiences
• Interaction with clients, including face to face - you will be expected to travel within Türkiye and, occasionally, EMEA
• Expertise in natural language processing/conversational AI systems would be a significant PLUS
• Able to communicate technical subject matter to non-technical people
• Degree in Computational Linguistics, Language Technologies, Computing, Modern Languages or similar preferred
• Capable of articulating features, functions and benefits of Natural Language solutions
• Able to quickly grasp, understand and learn new technical skills
• Friendly, customer facing oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
• Native Turkish speaker is a must as is resident in Türkiye– Istanbul preferred
• Advanced level of English is a must
• Any additional language is a plus
