ROLE SUMMARY
This role is a 16 months maternity leave cover. Opportunities for continuing the assignment may occur during this period.
Person in this possition supports the North Cluster (CEE, Nordics, Benelux, UK) through business planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytics. The role, in close cooperation with sales & marketing teams, is responsible for maintaining key reporting tools, consolidating performance across countries and subclusters, and providing actionable insights to support commercial and financial decision-making.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting & Analytics
- Maintain and enhance sales, margin, and performance reporting tools, including Excel-based reports, Power Query solutions, and Power BI dashboards.
- Manage dashboards covering actual performance, forecasts, historical results, and customer/product profitability.
- Ensure reporting accuracy and consistency across countries and align outputs with finance and HQ reporting.
- Monitor daily, monthly, and year-end performance data and investigate reporting discrepancies.
- Deliver ad hoc analyses and business insights to regional and local stakeholders.
Forecasting & Planning
- Support the monthly and weekly forecasting process across the North Cluster.
- Maintain forecasting files, pricing inputs, cost assumptions, and data feeds used for planning and reporting.
- Facilitate forecast alignment meetings by preparing performance analyses, presentations, and supporting materials.
- Prepare and maintain files required for finance systems and planning tools, including Jedox uploads.
Business Reviews
- Coordinate reporting and analytics for Business Reviews.
- Prepare regional and cluster-level performance presentations.
- Consolidate inputs from countries and regions and provide commentary on business performance, forecast development, and commercial trends.
Budgeting & Long-Term Planning
- Prepare budgeting templates and supporting analytical tools.
- Develop and maintain Power BI solutions enabling detailed budget analysis and alignment across the region.
- Support the annual Budget and 5-Year Business Planning processes through data consolidation, modelling, reporting, and presentation preparation.
Pricing & Profitability Management
- Partner with sales teams on pricing strategy and performance optimization.
- Support analysis of customer, product, and segment profitability.
- Maintain pricing and profitability tools used by local commercial teams.
- Update pricing models with changes in costs and commercial assumptions.
Profile required
Skills & Experience
- Fluency in English, and preferably in Polish
- Strong analytical and business planning capabilities.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI and Power Query.
- Experience in forecasting, budgeting, financial planning, or commercial analytics.
- Ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in a regional or multinational environment is preferred.
