Sr. Investment Manager NL

Job description

As an Investment Manager, you are responsible for assessing, structuring, and monitoring credit applications. You work closely with the sales team and external partners to build a strong portfolio of senior and subordinated loans. Your responsibilities include:

- Performing financial analysis, modeling, and due diligence to support credit decisions
- Structuring loans in line with the bank’s risk profile and strategy
- Preparing credit proposals for the credit committee
- Managing relationships with existing clients and external stakeholders such as lawyers, debt advisors, and valuers
- Playing a coordinating role in syndications and club deals
- Identifying market opportunities and risks and translating these into appropriate credit solutions
- Monitoring the credit quality of the existing loan portfolio

Profile required

- At least 5 years of relevant experience as a credit specialist, with in-depth knowledge of credit analysis, structuring, and risk assessment of complex financings
- Experience with growth financing and/or real estate loans from approximately EUR 1 million and above
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of delivering successful credit solutions
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
- Strong analytical skills, able to work independently and proactively, with a keen eye for detail and risk
