Junior Legal

Job description

The role is central to supporting the legal, regulatory, and administrative needs of RiverBank’s operations across Europe, ensuring smooth execution of contracts, compliance with applicable laws, and effective coordination across internal teams and external partners.

Core Responsibilities
• Preparation and formatting of standard legal documents (NDAs, formal notices, engagement letters, etc.);
• Drafting and reviewing contracts with support from the Legal Manager;
• Supporting regulatory and legal monitoring to ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies;
• Administrative follow-up on operations: sending signed documents, coordinating with notaries and internal teams, updating tracking tables;
• Logistical support: coordinating DocuSign workflows, managing interactions between different departments;
• Assisting in ad hoc legal projects and research as required.

Profile required

• Master 2 in Business Law, Banking Law, or equivalent;
• 0–2 years of experience in a legal role, ideally in banking, finance, or corporate law;
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus;
• Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills;
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently;
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and motivated to learn in a hands-on environment.
