Core Responsibilities:
• Develop integrated business planning process across Bank, aligning financial, operational, risk and strategic targets
• Build and maintain robust, agile and scalable financial model with scenario analysis functionality and workflows in an evolving/changing environment
• Lead the creation of an integrated multi-year business plan including P&L and balance sheet projections, capital planning, liquidity planning and key performance indicators
• Work closely with business Units to gather input, ensure alignment and ultimate buy-in / signoff on business plan
• Ensure integrated business plan is aligned & usable for Bank’s regulatory obligations such as ICLAAP, recovery plans
• Monitor and generate report on performance versus plan, trends and revised forecasts based on actuals
• Prepare high-quality presentations / reports for Management, Board and Investors
• Evaluate investment opportunities and business cases, providing financial insights and recommendations
• Ensure all planning outputs comply with internal policies and external regulatory standards
• Translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans, identifying key risks and mitigation strategies
• Contribute to iprovement initiatives to enhance data quality and efficiency in financial and regulatory reporting
• Support strategic initiatives and projects as required to drive excellence in financial tools and processes

Skills and Competencies:
• Master degree / professional qualification in Finance, Accounting or related field
• At least 5 years as of financial modelling related experience in or for banks / financials services entities
• Solid experience in financial model development, model validation, budget planning and cash flow analysis
• Well grounded experience and knowledge of variance analysis and financial planning
• Highly skilled in Excel (including VBA) and excellent knowledge across Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical skills and impecable attention to detail
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in English
