Deposit Relationship Manager

Job description

RiverBank is seeking experienced and strategic Deposit Relationship Managers to join a high-performing Sales team pivotal to RiverBank’s growth ambitions in the Luxembourg, Dutch and French markets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for originating deposits from French corporate customers, managing key client relationships, and supporting the team to deliver superior customer outcomes. You will also act as the Key Account Executive for our key clients and play a central role in shaping the bank’s origination and cross-selling capability.

Primary Responsibilities
- Spotting opportunities: You will identify potential funding partners, institutional and corporate investors and strategic sources of deposits;
- Building campaigns: You will contribute ideas for smart campaigns to attract deposits from SMEs, large companies and high-net-worth clients;
- Using data smartly: You will keep Salesforce and internal systems up to date with valuable insights about investors, deals and pipeline statistics;
- Active follow-up: You will ensure tight follow-up and accurate documentation of all funding activities;
- Looking ahead: You monitor market trends and competitors to spot new growth opportunities and strategically position RiverBank.

Profile required

- MSc in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or a related field is required;
- A strong commercial mindset;
- Affinity with the financial sector;
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;
- Fluency in French and good knowledge of English are essential.
