The Stuurman without Patent is an essential crew member gaining experience while assisting in vessel operations and deck activities. Under the guidance of more senior officers, they contribute to navigation support, safety procedures, and daily tasks, developing their skills on the path to certification.

QUALIFICATION(S)
· Service Book with a Stuurman stamp
EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE
· Proven experience on inland tanker vessels
· Basic knowledge of German language
· Knowledge of safety prevention measures
· Knowledge of the hazardous properties and characteristics of dangerous substances
