Your mission
You’ll play a key role in driving Million Lords’ growth and visibility. You’ll identify and develop new opportunities, lead strategic marketing initiatives, and build key partnerships to expand the game’s reach and deliver tangible business impact.
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of high-impact initiatives shaping Million Lords’ visibility and growth :
- Define and drive the ASO roadmap, bringing together internal creative teams and external partners to boost store visibility and conversion;
- Lead cross-functional digital initiatives, from our webshop and website evolution to new projects designed to improve player experience and business performance;
- Own strategic relationships with Apple, Google, and other key platforms to unlock featuring, visibility, and commercial opportunities;
- Build and scale the Content Creator program alongside the Community Management team, growing a strong network of creators and Million Lords ambassadors;
- Explore and turn new growth opportunities into action, across new platforms, markets, partnerships, sponsorships, and brand initiatives.
Profile required
Your Profile
You have a degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, International Business, or a related field, and at least 4 years of experience in Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Development, or a similar role.
If you have the following skills:
- strong experience with digital platforms such as Apple and Google;
- solid knowledge of App Store Optimization (ASO);
- experience in partnership management and business development;
- experience in managing cross-functional projects;
- the ability to analyze KPIs and turn performance data into actionable insights;
- a good understanding of User Acquisition;
- a strong business-driven, strategic, and analytical mindset;
- excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- the ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously.
