In order to continue our expansion in this market, we are looking for a Junior Account Executive to help build our commercial footprint โ€“ and in the medium term, lead and grow a local sales team.

Reporting directly to the Country Manager Germany, you will actively contribute to the go-to-market strategy, bring new leads with high potential and contribute to our aim of becoming a key player on the local market.

To be successful in your mission, you will have to interact and work with various Business Units at Lucca (Sales, Marketing, Business Tech, etc.).

โ–ถ Execute targeted prospecting activities (LinkedIn, email, phone) to initiate first contacts and build trusted relationships with prospects in the German market.
โ–ถ Actively support the identification of new business opportunities by participating in trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
โ–ถ Identify, contact, and qualify high-potential prospects generated through outbound initiatives and inbound leads, in close collaboration with the Marketing and Sales teams.
โ–ถ Contribute to the different stages of the sales cycle, including:
- Understanding prospect needs in Germany and securing qualified meetings (remote or in-person).
- Supporting sales presentations and helping demonstrate the value of our solutions.
- Assisting with the preparation of commercial proposals and following up on opportunities through to deal closure.
โ–ถ Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in Salesforce and use prospecting and marketing automation tools such as Outreach.
โ–ถ Proactively suggest improvements to prospecting approaches, lead qualification methods, and sales processes.
โ–ถ Support the development of the German sales team by sharing field feedback and best practices.

Youโ€™re the right fit if you:
โ Have an initial experience in B2B sales or an SDR role, ideally in SaaS.
โ Are native-level German and comfortable working in an office speaking English / Spanish / French languages daily.
โ Enjoy outbound sales, targets and building opportunities from scratch.
โ Are looking for a clear, structured career path toward a Business Developer role.
