Job description
You are a Slovenian qualified lawyer with at least 5 years of experience in-house. You have strong expertise in corporate and commercial law, contract negotiation and a solid understanding of Slovenian legislation, particularly in employment, data protection, ESG and regulatory matters. The project will allow you to develop your legal skills and form part of a friendly and dynamic team.
Main responsibilities:
- Legal support to all the business: contract negotiation, legal projects, regulatory alerts
- Template drafting and maintenance
- Ad hoc involvement in processes requiring legal input
- Coordination and management of legal interns
- Review legal processes to innovate
Profile required
- Very good knowledge of English and Slovenian
- 5+ years of professional experience in-house
- Good knowledge of MS package
- Skills and knowledge related to internal regulations of private companies
- Very good knowledge of Slovenian law as set out above
