bility market. We develop sustainable lightweighting solutions based on natural fibres in close collaboration with our customers, in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial working environment.
To strengthen its Operations team, Bcomp is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist:
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Transportation Management
- Manage and optimize transport requests through SAP
- Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation activities
- Ensure timely deliveries while optimizing transportation costs and service levels
- Monitor transport performance and identify improvement opportunities
Supply Chain Planning and Planning Activities
- Support supply planning activities to ensure material availability
- Manage Stock Transfer Requests and order controls
- Monitor inventory levels and drive actions to maintain optimal stock
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics stakeholders to ensure supply continuity
Local Warehouse Operations
- Coordinate warehouse-related activities, including labelling requirements
- Control physical inbound and outbound material flows
- Manage truck reception and dispatch activities, including acceptance and refusal decisions based on operational requirements
- Ensure compliance with inventory and logistics procedures
ERP and KPI Management Support
- Maintain and support supply chain and logistics data within ERP systems
- Develop and monitor logistics and supply chain KPI reports
- Provide visibility on operational performance and support decision-making through data analysis
- Ensure data accuracy and process compliance
Invoice Validation and Procurement Support
- Support the validation of logistics and purchasing invoices against contracts, purchase orders, and received services
- Coordinate corrections and adjustments with procurement and finance teams when required
- Support purchase order maintenance and issue resolution
Project Operations Lead Activities
- Act as Project Operations Lead (POL) for assigned projects
- Drive operational follow-up and ensure alignment between project requirements and execution
- Support cross-functional coordination and issue resolution
Category Management Support
- Support procurement and supplier management activities for defined business categories
- Monitor supplier performance, material availability, and purchasing requirements
- Contribute to sourcing and cost optimization initiatives
Continuous Improvement and Business Support
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities across supply chain operations
- Drive simplification, automation, and efficiency initiatives
- Support daily operational activities and business continuity requirements
- Contribute to supply chain maturity and operational excellence activities
Profile required
• 2–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations
• Strong ERP knowledge, preferably SAP
• Analytical mindset with experience in KPI reporting and data analysis
• Good understanding of transportation, warehousing, planning, and procurement pro
cesses
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• English, both written and spoken, is required
