Assistant to the CEO – Part-Time position (m/f/d)

Job description


ATMOS Space Cargo is seeking a proactive, reliable, and highly organized Assistant to support our CEO with a variety of strategic, administrative, and operational tasks. If you’re detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and enjoy working closely with senior leadership in a dynamic, international environment, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a part-time position that offers a high degree of flexibility and the option to work in a hybrid setup. However, a regular on-site presence in Lichtenau is expected to ensure close collaboration and smooth communication.

Key Responsibilities:
− Diary Management: Organizing and updating schedules, coordinating priorities, follow-ups, and reminders
− Event Organization and Coordination
− Administrative Support and Communication: Drafting internal memos, managing professional email correspondence, document filing
− Business Travel Planning: Organizing travel and assignments for the C-level and operational teams
− Handling CEO Receipts and Invoices: Preparing them for reimbursement and bookkeeping
− Meeting Preparation: Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking follow-ups

Profile required


− Completed vocational training or a comparable qualification
− First professional experience in an assistant or administrative role
− High proficiency with MS Office and organizational tools (e.g., DATEV, Qonto)
− Strong organizational skills and an independent, structured working style
− Excellent written and spoken German and English

Preferred Qualifications:
− Experience supporting C-Level executives
− Prior experience in a startup or tech-driven environment
− Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
− Familiarity with tools and practices for remote and hybrid work
− French language skills are a plus
