· Establish effective customer governance and ensure that requirements, priorities, decisions, feedback, and commitments are captured, aligned, and communicated to the right stakeholders.
· Work with AlphaLum project teams and key suppliers to maintain a consolidated view of project health, including milestones, deliverables, risks, quality, commercial status, and customer satisfaction.
· Act on the escalation path for customer or delivery issues, coordinating decisions, recovery actions, management support, and clear communication.
· Provide AlphaLum’s management team with reporting on account status, customer sentiment, risks, escalations, required support, and account forecasts.
· Build a strong understanding of the customer’s organization, strategy, product roadmap, decision process, budgets, and emerging needs.
· Identify and qualify new business opportunities and help translate them into proposals, statements of work, and account-growth plans with AlphaLum’s business and technical teams.
Profile required
