Internship – Project Management & Space Operations Support

Descriptif du poste

As a Project Management Intern, you will support the Senior Project Manager in the daily coordination and execution of ongoing projects. You will contribute to project planning, documentation, reporting, and communication with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and updating project documentation, including schedules, risk registers, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
• Support the monitoring of project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Contribute to the coordination between Aldoria’s technical teams, subcontractors, and partners.
• Help prepare presentations and written reports for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in project meetings and follow up on action items.
• Support the analysis of technical data packs, test results, and work package deliveries.
• Assist in identifying risks, issues, and mitigation actions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.

Profil recherché

Education

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Aerospace, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong interest in the space sector, defence, or high tech engineering environments.
• Basic understanding of project management principles (planning, risks, deliverables, stakeholders).
• Ability to synthesize information and communicate clearly in writing and orally.
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast moving environment.
• Analytical mindset and willingness to learn technical concepts.
• Team oriented, with the ability to work across functions and cultures.
• Proficiency in French or Dutch; good command of English is an asset.

Nice to Have

• Interest in optical systems, orbital mechanics, or space surveillance.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Notion).
