Tech Transfer and Incubation Specialist / Community Specialist

Detailed Description of Work / Deliverables:

Support the Higher Education Initiative (HEI), an EIT flagship cross-KIC programme connecting universities, research institutions, and innovation ecosystems across Europe. The role involves managing the curation, quality assurance, and publication of project results including success stories, best practices, and additional project outputs, contributing to a vibrant and growing community of higher education innovators. The Candidate will play an active role in the day-to-day management of a dynamic and multi-stakeholder community. Beyond HEI, the Candidate will assist the Project Officer in building 28DIGITAL's community of Technology Transfer Offices, contributing to the identification of collaboration opportunities and the development of long-term partnerships between research institutions and the broader innovation ecosystem.

Profile required

Key Skills / Expertise Required:

•       Postgraduate, STEM / International relations / Communication preferred, or related field. 

•       Minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience in grant management of innovation projects. 

•       At least 2 years of proven project management experience in the implementation of projects funded by different Programmes of the EC, such as Horizon, Digital Europe, ERASMUS+, COSME, etc.

•       Track record in content creation tasks, being able to demonstrate high quality of produced material. 

•       Knowledge of projects administrative and financial aspects 

•       Knowledge of IT tools supporting project management
