Job description
Main Responsibilities
- Drive the main processes related to the EU Grants (Proposal submission, amendment and reporting)
- Coordinate the monitoring of the implementation of the grant funded activities and the fulfilment of contractual obligations, ensure timely monitoring and reporting on overall progress, budget, and performance
- Guide activity partners in the preparation and timely delivery of deliverables and KPIs to 28DIGITAL, and ensuring their quality
- Implement processes and tools (including IT tools) that support 28DIGITAL have full overview of activities progress and performance
- Data analysis and information management that supports (i) portfolio management and communication, both internally and to stakeholders, and (ii) internal performance management at organisational level
- Ensure the technical and financial consistency of activities to be funded
- Act as one of the main contact points with the funding agency
- Ensure seamless procedures between the Operations teams and other Business areas of the organisation
Profile required
Qualifications and Experience
- Postgraduate, STEM preferred or related field
- Minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience; proven work experience in grant management implementing projects funded by different Programmes of the European Commission, such as Horizon 2020/Europe, Digital Europe, ERASMUS+, COSME, etc.
- Previous experience in managing EIT Grants is considered a strong asset
- At least 5 years’ experience of project portfolio management and project/programme operations
- Independent, proactive, and results-oriented, with excellent attention to detail, able to understand organization goals and strategies.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of projects administrative and financial aspects
- Proven capability to lead the adaptation of IT Tools to support project management activity
