Learning Platform Operations
· Configure and maintain the Academy learning platform
· Support deployment of online courses
· Test learner journeys and platform functionality
· Monitor platform performance and user experience
Digital Credential Ecosystem
· Support integration with Europass Digital Credentials
· Configure credential issuance workflows
· Maintain metadata and learning records
· Support compliance with European Learning Model standards
Product & User Experience
· Identify usability issues
· Conduct platform testing
· Recommend improvements based on user behaviour
· Create user guides and documentation
Data & Analytics
· Support learner analytics dashboards
· Monitor enrolment, completion and engagement metrics
· Assist with EIT reporting requirements
· Support CRM and LMS integrations
Profile required
· Graduate of EIT Digital Master School
· HCID, Data Science, Software Engineering or Digital Infrastructure background
· Understanding of LMS platforms, EdTech or digital products
· Familiarity with APIs and integrations
· Strong analytical thinking
· Excellent English communication skills
