Detailed Description of Work / Deliverables
• Support day-to-day operations of the EIT Digital Master School across partner universities
• Coordinate with 15+ European university partners to manage programme delivery, scheduling, and academic alignment
• Manage student-facing processes including admissions support, onboarding, mobility coordination, and graduation tracking
• Monitor Master School KPIs and contribute to EIT formal reporting, quarterly management reports, and Business Plan cycles
• Support the integration of Innovation & Entrepreneurship (I&E) modules across Master programmes
• Assist in identifying and developing EU funding proposals to sustain and expand the Master School portfolio
• Liaise with student ambassadors and support the development of the alumni community
Contribute to quality assurance processes and preparation of programme accreditation materials
Profile required
Key Skills / Expertise Required
• Experience in higher education administration, international student mobility, or academic programme management
• Knowledge of the European Higher Education Area (EHEA), Bologna Process, and joint degree frameworks
• Familiarity with EIT-funded Master School structures or similar EU education initiatives
• Strong organisational and project management skills in multi-university environments
• Ability to manage complex administrative processes with accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, SharePoint); experience with student management systems is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working across diverse cultural and institutional contexts
Fluent in English; additional EU language is strongly preferred
